Philadelphia Insurance Makes Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America List
(PRWEB) October 17, 2016 -- Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) is honored to be the recipient of the “Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America Award.” This coveted honor is given only to 100 of the 5,000 U.S. companies that apply for the award each year. This is the third top workplace honor for PHLY in the past month, in addition to the 2016 Best Places to Work in Insurance and 2016 Best Places to Work in PA awards.
On September 26, 2016, before 3,000 attendees from over 100 countries, PHLY was presented with this award during the 8th Annual Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress (EHBC) in Washington, D.C.

Employees in offices across the country are eligible for gym membership reimbursements and an extra 15 minutes at lunch for exercise. In 2015, PHLY implemented a wellness program that encourages employees to prioritize health beyond physical fitness through biometric screenings, stress management, and other initiatives.
