Philadelphia Lawyer Turns Sports Producer Thanks to CSB Cherry Hill
Cherry Hill, NJ (PRWEB) January 06, 2016 -- Lauren Fantini came to Connecticut School of Broadcasting-Cherry Hill Campus as a Philadelphia Lawyer, who just happened to also be a sports fanatic, looking for a change. After graduating, Lauren began interning for University of Pennsylvania’s PENN Broadcasting Network, doing sideline reporting for Women’s Volleyball, Basketball & Lacrosse and Men’s Football. She then began interning for WPEN, 97.5 The Fanatic for two semesters and was ready to stay on for a third, when thanks to her CSB Campus Coordinator Brian Fish and Director Tom DeFranco, things changed dramatically this Winter!
“Lauren was going to stay on for a Third semester as well, but was offered the job of a part time Producer instead. Lauren’s looking forward to moving up and producing as much as she can and continuing to be an asset to WPEN and the rest of Greater Media.” Says DeFranco. “Has she given up law entirely…No. But she is living proof that if you have a dream, you should chase it.”
Brian Fish says Lauren has gone From CSB Graduation, to Intern, to Paid Assistant Producer for Her Favorite Sports Station, “Lauren is ‘Livin’ The Dream’ and we here at Connecticut School of Broadcasting-Cherry Hill, couldn’t be prouder of what she’s done to stay connected and make her dream a reality. What does Lauren think? “I couldn’t have done any of this without the help of the instructors and awesome staff at CSB-Cherry Hill.”
