He wanted to leave a legacy for his children and grandchildren. The author is not really dead—it is just that since he received his poetic license, he has been dying to use it. This book is about the story of his life. He is an ordinary person whose life is filled with humorous events as well as several travelogues.
He has been an actuarial trainee at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, ranked as SP4 in the U.S. Army Reserve and then for 34 rewarding years, a mathematics teacher at Great Neck North High School in New York. He plays the piano by ear, composes music and suffers from tennis elbow, which is for him a lot less severe than tennis balls.
