Phoenix Investors acquires two Milwaukee based group homes formerly owned by New Horizons Center
Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) December 30, 2014 -- An affiliate of Phoenix Investors, LLC (“Phoenix”), an investment firm specializing in repositioning large former single tenant industrial facilities, has acquired two group homes formerly owned by affiliates of New Horizon Center, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, http://www.thenhc.org.

“The group homes are located at 3901 N. 60th Street and 4070-4072 N. 51st Boulevard, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the purchase price was $148,500.00,” said Ryan Trost, Senior Vice President, Phoenix Investors, LLC. “In turn we leased these group homes to affiliates of new Horizon Center, Inc. as we helped it continue its Board approved restructuring.”
