Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) February 16, 2016 -- Following a hugely successful grand opening in Scottsdale, AZ for Ahipoki bowl’s sister concept, ownership again engaged Phoenix Marketing Associates for their next grand opening last week in Temple City, CA.
The Poke concept craze which started in Hawaii and has swept parts of California is alive and well in the suburbs of Los Angeles as proven by the grand opening of Ahipoki Bowl. The one-day event generated a line of customers starting at 10:30 am which went out the door and wrapped around the neighboring Chipotle two suites down for over ten hours.
PMA procured several print articles leading up to the event and developed strong partnerships in the community including the Temple City Chamber of Commerce. At the grand opening, the mayor and several councilmen and assemblymen attending the ribbon cutting.
“Poke is a concept that has been deemed ‘the next fast food rush’ and I believe it based on the tremendous response we received in Temple City and we certainly look forward to opening additional locations in the near future,” explained Jason Jantzen, president of Phoenix Marketing Associates.
