Vivek is a rank holder chartered accountant, company secretary, and cost accountant. Vivek will be based out of company’s headquarters in Singapore. He will be responsible for Strategic expansion, building leadership teams, and further strengthening the accounting, legal and compliance systems at Phronesis.
Vivek comes with over 25 years of experience in developing and managing the financial and strategic investment functions of several organizations across multiple domains. His previous assignment as the Chief Financial Officer of a large conglomerate, included strategic planning, policy framing & compliance, investments, M&A, and investor relations. Prior to that, as Chief Operating Officer of a growing research outsourcing firm, Vivek was responsible for managing operations with an eye to consistently deliver highest quality work-products on client engagements. Throughout the span of his career, he has also handled multiple Mergers & Acquisitions and several rounds of venture funding.
