PHS Direct wins Caradoc award for Service
Cardiff (PRWEB UK) 5 July 2013 -- Specialist workplace consumables supplier PHS Direct have been recognised with Caradoc Medical Supplies award for Service.
Caradoc Medical Supplies is a not-for-profit buying consortium set up by a group of Shropshire doctors in 2009. It has over 2000 members, who benefit from specially negotiated prices with more than 100 companies across 80 product categories.
PHS Direct is the specialist consumables supplier of the PHS Group and has been a Caradoc supplier since 2010. During that time PHS Direct has made significant cost savings for Caradoc members on their treatment room workplace consumables – products such as toilet tissue, couch rolls, paper hand towels, cleaning products and gloves.
The award for Service was voted for by Caradoc members, and covers the complete service that PHS Direct provides – including product availability, order processing efficiency, on-time deliveries and invoicing.
National Healthcare Manager Julie Hipkiss accepted the award on behalf of PHS Direct at the awards ceremony. James Clark, Managing Director commented “We’re delighted to receive this award, as we work very hard to provide the best service we can to our customers. Maintaining the highest levels of service is vital to us, as keeping our customers happy is absolutely fundamental to our business.”
