Pillar Technology Expands “Forge” Network to Heart of Ann Arbor, MI Grand Opening: June 11th, 6-9 pm
Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) June 04, 2015 -- Pillar, a multi-faceted business consulting and software development company expands its Forge Network from Jones St. to the heart of Ann Arbor, MI - now housed on the 7th Floor of 301 E. Liberty St., it provides the opportunity to be at the center of education and industry, enabling these two forces to collide.
The Forge, a collaborative environment; a place to experience innovation and the development of ideas for the purpose of driving business value will host its Grand Opening on June 11, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The Forge is philosophy, unique, in that breaks down the barriers of the traditional corporate environment and is conducive for a collaborative, energy filled, no constraints culture. It brings together business acumen, people, methods, and space for a high-energy development center. “The Forge” is where creativity meets reality.
One of several Forge locations, it is part of the “Forge Network” which CEO Bob Myers explains is a place to execute consistency of its Speed 2 Value approach –a method rapidly drives business value for its clients; delivery techniques; culture; all creating hyper productivity across the network. As with other Forge locations, the space is open to user groups, networking events, and other collaborative efforts to enhance the growth of the Ann Arbor community. However, unique to this location is the residence of the Desai Accelerator – a joint venture between the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and the College of Engineering. The accelerator provides the physical infrastructure, financial resources, and mentorship to support early-stage ventures as they reach the critical phase between development and the seeking of external investors. Residing in the “launch pad” of The Forge, this group contributes to the tremendous collaboration, networking, and energy amongst The Forge environment.
