Pipe Bursting manufacturer, TRIC Tools, provides Best Practices Certification to Mr. Rooter of Camarillo, CA
Alameda, CA (PRWEB) January 24, 2015 -- On January 6th, 2015, TRIC Tools traveled to Southern California to provide on-site training and operator certification for nearly 40 technicians and administrative staff at Mr. Rooter of Ventura County. John Rafferty, Director of Marketing and Training, delivered the TRIC Pipe Bursting Best Practices and Certification course over two separate shifts in the large, well-appointed AV room at the company’s brand new Camarillo facility.
Mr. Rafferty first developed the TRIC Pipe Bursting Best Practices & Certification Course over two years ago in conjunction with the East Bay Regional Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Program implemented by the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD). The PSL Program enforces private sewer lateral testing and compliance over seven contiguous communities in the East San Francisco Bay Area (including TRIC’s home base in Alameda).
After presenting TRIC Pipe Bursting Best Practices by request to city inspectors in Oakland, CA and at a number of trenchless industry forums, Mr. Rafferty adapted this presentation into an equipment training certification for TRIC users. Since then, a number of franchise organizations and local inspectors have contacted TRIC for a better understanding of safe and effective use and maintenance of TRIC equipment.
Shawn Collins, Human Resources and Training Supervisor at Mr. Rooter Ventura, said the course was “excellent!” reports Mr. Rafferty. “Mr. Collins was very attentive and conscientious with regard to training in particular and overall employee development in general” said Rafferty.
