Fechter grew up in Grafton, Wisc. and is no stranger to working with hydraulics and service vehicles that require specialized types of hoses. In step with his formal education, Fechter started as a technician at Western Snow Plows where he worked his way up to engineer and product manager. Following, he joined Enerpac as an account manager, engineering manager and sales manager. Along the way Fechter honed his skills in hydraulics, new product development, sales and business development.
