Pittcon 2018 Attracts More Than 700 Exhibiting Companies
PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) February 13, 2018 -- The Pittcon 2018 Exposition, which takes place February 27-March 1 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, will include 718 exhibitors (count as of February 6, 2018) who will showcase products and services used by the scientific community in industrial, academic, and government labs. The Exposition will offer the latest innovations in areas such as, but not limited to, analytical chemistry; drug discovery; nanotechnology; life sciences to include forensics, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics; food analysis and safety; environmental science; energy and fuel; and air, water and wastewater analysis.
The 2018 exposition will be a three-day event running Tuesday, February 27 – Thursday, March 1. Additionally, Tuesday afternoon will be “Expo Only” meaning no technical sessions or Short Courses are scheduled, except for the posters on the Expo Floor. This allows attendees ample time to visit exhibiting companies.
The expo floor will also feature two new NEXUS Theaters. These theaters will feature engaging presentations from our exhibitors, selected speakers, Pittcon Publisher Partners, NASA and more. Nearly new features include the Expo Only pass for individuals who only want access to the exposition and the large interactive park area, this year dubbed Alligator Alley. “The Alley” houses the Lab Gauntlet, DemoZones, Virtual Reality Experiences, LEGO® Gravity Car Racing, the Pittcon Booth and much more.

The exhibition will consist of 184 (approximately 26%) international exhibiting companies headquartered in 33 countries outside of the United States such as the China, Canada, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom.
