Pittcon Announces 2016 Call for Papers
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) June 17, 2015 -- The Program Committee is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the Pittcon 2016 Technical Program. Abstracts are currently being accepted for contributed oral and poster presentations in all areas such as, but not limited to, analytical chemistry, applied spectroscopy, life science, bioanalysis, food science, nanotechnology, environmental science and pharmaceutical. Additional details are available at Pittcon.org.
Pittcon 2016 will continue to strive to feature a comprehensive coverage of all aspects of analytical science and instrumental analysis. In addition to requesting papers in the core scientific areas, the Program Committee is especially interested in submissions related to “hot” topics and emerging trends in food safety, homeland security and bioanalytical science.
Chuck Gardner, 2016 program chair commented, "Atlanta is a center for biomedical research and food technology, not just in the Southeastern United States, but for the entire world. The Pittcon 2016 Program provides an opportunity for the local technology base to collaborate with technologists in these fields, as well as many others. The Conference welcomes the opportunity to host this collaboration of local, national and international scientists."
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Pittcon website. The submission deadline to be included in the first round of reviews is Friday, August 14, 2015. Abstracts received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
