Pittsburgh Area Musicians Turned Investors Named to Rich Dad Education Hall of Fame
Cape Coral, FL (PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- Two Pittsburgh area residents, Christopher Gaudi and Jerry Gaudi, were chosen to be among seven investors who were inducted recently into the Rich Dad Education Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony took place last month as part of the Rich Dad Education Symposium that was held at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada.
Rich Dad Education has been a leading provider of financial education for over twenty years. Each year the company chooses students who have achieved the highest level of success in their chosen investing field for this prestigious honor.
Christopher Gaudi and Jerry Gaudi are two classically trained musicians who decided they wanted to get engaged in real estate investing. Since enrolling in Rich Dad Education’s financial training in March of 2009, the duo has become involved in over $2.5 million worth of real estate transactions. They credit their success to perseverance, their training, and the guidance they received from their two Rich Dad Education Mentors, Travis Howard and Diane Bowman.
According to Christopher and Jerry, their most memorable transaction involved a property in San Diego that they never even saw. They did their initial research while they were living in San Diego. A few months after moving to Pittsburgh, their phone rang and they learned that their offer on the property had been accepted. They then sold the property through a listing on the Internet just a few weeks later and came away with a $20,000 profit.
This year’s induction ceremony was hosted by noted investors, entrepreneurs and best-selling authors Robert and Kim Kiyosaki. Robert wrote one of the all-time best sellers on personal finance, Rich Dad Poor Dad while his wife Kim is the author of It’s Rising Time and is a passionate advocate for women’s financial education.
After the ceremony Robert remarked, “Seeing the success of these students is especially gratifying to Kim and to me. They are living examples of what true financial education can do to transform lives and dramatically raise people’s financial well-being. I hope their success inspires others to follow their dreams and achieve financial freedom.”
“In all our trainings, we stress that sharing is a vital part of success,” added Kim Kiyosaki. “So Robert and I not only salute our Hall of Fame students, but also their mentors, who unselfishly shared their knowledge and guidance with these up-and-coming investors. And we look forward to this year’s Hall of Fame members sharing their knowledge with others in the future.”
