After users select their ProVega lens flare, they can add 1 of 14 lens textures to the film to give the illusion that the lens is scratched, smudged, wet or dirty. Then they can customize the opacity, color and feather of their lens texture with easy to use controls.

Editors can take total control of their flares by using the on-screen controls in the Final Cut Pro X viewer window. By grabbing the handles, they can position, rotate and spread the lens flare to be exactly where they need it to be.

ProVega Volume 4 was designed to help editors customize and create the perfect flare for their scene without ever leaving Final Cut Pro X. Filmmakers can quickly and easily change the position, saturation, opacity, intensity, spread, scale, blur, and color parameters to build their very own flare. Editors can also animate the lens flare to react to the light in the scene.
