PlaneSense, Inc. Delivers to Toys for Tots Program by PC-12 Aircraft

Portsmouth, New Hampshire (PRWEB) December 20, 2013 -- PlaneSense, Inc., a fractional aircraft ownership company based in Portsmouth, NH, filled a Pilatus PC-12 aircraft with over 500 gifts for the Toys for Tots organization. The toys were flown to the Manchester Boston Regional Airport on Monday, December 16th, where Mayor Ted Gatsas personally greeted the aircraft.

U.S. Marines, who run the collection, were also on hand at Wiggins Airways to gather the toys for delivery to NH children. Mayor Gatsas and PlaneSense, Inc. President and CEO George Antoniadis helped to load the Toys for Tots vehicle with the presents.

"We thought this way we could help make a brighter Christmas," Antoniadis said. “PlaneSense has always been proud to support our local and state communities. We are pleased to assist such a well-respected charitable organization in New Hampshire.”

PlaneSense, Inc. was a registered donation “drop-off” location for Toys for Tots, although the majority of the toys were provided solely by PlaneSense Inc. employees and their families.

Marine Bradley Woods, who was on-site when the PlaneSense, Inc. PC-12 aircraft arrived, and was there for the collection of toys, has been working with the Toys for Tots program for over two years. He said that the PlaneSense, Inc. drop-off was so memorable it was, “second to none” in his experience.

PlaneSense Inc. employees have collected gifts for the Toys for Tots organization in the past; however, this is the first year the PC-12 aircraft was incorporated.
