Pleotint’s Dr. Harlan Byker Speaks At Prestigious Glass Conference In Singapore
Jenison, MI (PRWEB) April 14, 2016 -- Pleotint Founder and CEO Dr. Harlan Byker was a key presenter at the annual “Building with Glass; Aesthetics and Functions” Conference held this week in Singapore. Dr. Byker’s talk focused on dynamic thermochromic windows, with a nod towards the Suntuitive® Glass that he invented.

Dr. Byker’s presentation emphasis was on the benefits of Suntuitive Glass including the ability to self-tint when warmed by direct sunlight, thus saving energy by reducing air conditioning needs while still providing natural daylighting. In addition the capability of Suntuitive Glass’ interior fade protection, and safety and sound advantages over typical insulating glass units were covered in-depth.
Dr. Byker was an invited speaker during the daylong conference sponsored by Singapore Safety Glass that also featured presentations on other extremely important glass products from around the world.
While in Singapore, Dr. Byker also discussed a major ongoing project there that will incorporate Suntuitive Glass into one of the largest installations of its kind.
