Plum Market Prepares to Open Second Local Grocery Store in Ann Arbor

Ann Arbor, Michigan (PRWEB) September 23, 2015 -- Plum Market recently finalized plans to open their second Ann Arbor store late this fall. The local grocery store will be located in the North Campus neighborhood at 3601 Plymouth Road, next to Green Road and with easy access to US-23. The new 25,238 square foot location will be employ 125 full- and part-time Team Members.

Plum Market CEO and Co-Founder Matt Jonna is eager to add a second local grocery store in Ann Arbor. “We’ve had a number of requests to open another store and serve the community with a quality shopping experience,” he said. “We’re excited to open the store this fall and show the North Campus neighborhood what service is all about.” This will be the fifth store for Plum Market, based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, who has a location in Chicago and plans to open a sixth store inside the Detroit Metropolitan Airport later this year.

Plum Market is known for its selection of All Natural, Organic, specialty, and a ton of local products in a full service shopping experience. The new North Campus neighborhood location will expand its current footprint and offer the community an extensive array of shopping amenities, including a WineBar that will host weekly events and a Growler Filling Station for fans of craft beer.
