PMI Alamo Will Host Award-Winning Author, Adil Dalal, to Present Two Innovative Topics– ‘Integrated Lean Thinking™’ and ‘The V Factor™’ in San Antonio on July 29-30, 2015
Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 23, 2015 -- The Alamo PMI Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), strives to deliver excellent customer focused value and services to its members within the greater San Antonio area. Kevin D. Martin, the President of PMI Alamo says that, “The Alamo Chapter of PMI is pleased to invite Mr. Adil Dalal to present the evening keynote and a 1-day workshop to our members. We are positive that our members will leave with a new perspective and an enlightened mindset after listening to Mr. Dalal.”
The evening keynote talk on July 29, 2015 will be “Integrated Lean Thinking ™ Critical Tools For Surviving and Thriving In Current Economic Crisis” at the Norris Convention Center at 6:30 p.m, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. The topic will focus on lessons learned from this global economic crisis and how individuals and organizations can get out of this ‘economic quagmire’ and avoid a similar crisis in future. Dalal has pioneered the concept of Integrated Lean Thinking™ (ILT) and says that, “ILT will inform executives, leaders, managers, and project managers on a more advanced approach to integrate and apply commonsense ‘lean tools’ to daily decision-making and thus survive and thrive in any type of economy, and create an extremely strong and resilient culture in their organizations for future generations.”
On July 30, Mr. Dalal will also conduct a 1-day workshop, “The V Factor™: A Quantum Neural Approach to Project Leadership”, at Alamo PMI Learning Center & Offices from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. This innovative material is based on Dalal’s upcoming book. Dalal first introduced the power of visualization™ as one of the five powers of great leaders in his triple award-winning book 'The 12 Pillars of Project Excellence'. According to Dalal, “appropriate utilization of the power of visualization™ allows the leaders to unleash the V-Factor™ or the immense energy which propels the leaders to undertake, plan, execute and successfully accomplish complex and seemingly impossible tasks and projects.” This workshop will help attendees to understand the science behind the power of visualization and learn how to translate the vision into an actionable plan. This workshop is designed to utilize the power of visualization to achieve success in any project, no matter how complex it gets.
