About the Author
Robert Cosby is a specialist in aging, an adjunct professor, and an adult protective services social worker and policy/program analyst at work in Washington, District of Columbia. “The Promise” is his first solo collection of published poems. He is a member of the Takoma Park (Maryland) Poetry Group, and Ascension Church poets. Cosby resides with his family in Germantown. He is at work on a second collection of poems.
