HUNT VALLEY, Md. (PRWEB) June 01, 2017 -- Point Breeze Credit Union has opened a new office at the Foundry Row shopping center in Owings Mills. The office is located at 10110 Reisterstown Rd. in front of the Wegmans supermarket.
The new office employs the latest dialogue-banking model to foster more personalized service for members. Upon entering the office, members are personally greeted by a member service specialist who will be able to handle most of the member’s needs without delay or referral to other staff members.
“We are proud to join such a vibrant community and introduce our new conversational, relationship-focused service model to the people of Owings Mills.” said Bernie McLaughlin, president of Point Breeze Credit Union. “The design of the new office enables our team to serve members in Owings Mills with an even greater level of interaction and satisfaction.”
To celebrate the opening of the new office, Point Breeze will launch its Crack The Vault campaign on June 3, giving out $15,000 in prizes at its Owings Mills office. Participants have an opportunity to win prizes ranging from $25 to the grand prize of $5,000. Every participant will receive a prize, even if they are not a cash winner, while supplies last through June 30.
“We are excited to open our doors in Owings Mills as a part of the Foundry Row community. Our team looks forward to personally greeting each member who visits us,” said Donna Trado, office manager of the new location. “We are also thrilled to launch the office with our Crack the Vault campaign and immediately start giving back to Owings Mills.”
This is Point Breeze’s fifth office, with others in Hunt Valley, Rosedale, Bel Air and Westminster. The Westminster office opened this past February. Currently the credit union has 111 employees serving more than 52,000 members and 500 employer groups.
