The prospect development firm, previously based in Norcross, Ga., made the move to the class-A space in early January. The move was prompted by growing demand for PointClear’s outsourced lead-generation services by technology and other business-to-business companies, and additional space requirements needed to increase staff size by 10% to 20% within the first half of 2014.

Karla Blalock, PointClear’s chief operating officer, added: “In addition to close proximity to shopping, restaurants and fitness facilities for our current employees, the Johns Creek location was chosen because of access to additional high-quality employees needed by PointClear.” The company currently employs more than 50 professionals, with an average tenure of four years.
“We’re currently recruiting prospect development associates in the area,” Blalock said. She noted that PointClear is seeking degreed professionals with a track record of success in consulting, field sales or pre-sales support.
