Pointe South Vacation Rentals Assumes the Management of 210 Long Term Rental Properties and Six Short Term Rental Homes in Coastal Alabama

(PRWEB) April 25, 2014 -- Pointe South -- a locally owned and operated company part of the Go Southern family -- has assumed the management of 210 long term rental properties in Coastal Alabama and six vacation rentals in Fairhope, Ala. This acquisition is part of Pointe South’s continued partnership with Baleu Realty, which began in December 2013 with the transition of 22 vacation rental properties in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
This most recent acquisition marks the Pointe South Residential Leasing entrance into the long term rental market in Alabama. Pointe South has been a leader along the Gulf Coast since 1995, and its real estate sales division has been selling condos and homes in Coastal Alabama for many years. Since entering the Alabama vacation rental market late last year, Pointe South has experienced strong growth and opened a new office in Orange Beach to better serve area guests, visiting owners, and Alabama real estate buyers and sellers.
