PointSource Named One of North Carolina’s Fastest Growing Companies
RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) September 29, 2015 -- PointSource, a mobile design and development firm, was named one of the 40 fastest growing mid-market companies in North Carolina by Business North Carolina Magazine. The company demonstrated sustained revenue and employment growth over the last three years and is considered a leading contributor to North Carolina’s job market.
This recognition is just one of PointSource’s many achievements this year.
PointSource was also recently included in the Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list. The company stood out among competitors as a result of its collaborative corporate culture and employee-focused initiatives, like Healthy Living Month and flexible work schedules. Nominees were selected based on employee satisfaction and were honored at an awards ceremony on September 25.
Earlier this year, PointSource was named to the Inc. 5000 for the second year in a row. The company was ranked No. 1,701 overall, up more than 1,000 spots from last year’s list, and No. 18 out of 47 Raleigh-based businesses. PointSource added more than 60 new jobs this year and achieved 238 percent growth from 2012 to 2015.
“2015 has been a great year for us, and we’re already talking about how we can build upon that success going into 2016,” said Chris Hugill, CEO of PointSource. “Our team of mobile experts has a relentless work ethic, and it’s incredibly rewarding to have our growth recognized by both national and regional media outlets.”
In additional to these esteemed recognitions, PointSource has received several awards for its mobile solutions. The company won three Hermes Creative awards for its work with Finish Line, h.h. gregg and Security First Insurance. In the Best Mobile App Awards, PointSource took home the gold for Best Mobile App User Interface for Finish Line.
“We pride ourselves on our unique approach to mobile strategy, and the awards we won this year are a great testament to the hard work and determination of our amazingly talented team,” added Stephanie Trunzo, COO and chief digital officer at PointSource. “We’re eager to help our clients create more award-winning solutions for the next phase of mobile technology.”
