Pole To Win Announces New Organizational Structure for International Division

These changes are designed to improve and speed the delivery of their services while simplifying the way the company interacts with its clients and team.
Organizational Restructuring
Pole To Win (PTW) underwent a company restructuring effective January 5, 2016. All PTW locations outside of Japan have organized under a UK-based holding company named Pole To Win International (PTWI). The locations included in this integration are the Pole To Win locations in the United States, China, India, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. Side UK, a recent PTW acquisition, is also part of this integration.
This integration helps position PTW for continued growth and success. The company is making a bold step forward to optimize its resource allocations and streamline its operations. It makes the company better able to serve the needs of its clients across all of its international offices with an eye on continuing to provide the highest quality services to propel clients to success.
Key Roles and Appointments
Deborah Kirkham has been appointed to President of the PTWI holding company, and she will continue as Chief Operating Officer. Teppei Tachibana will continue as CEO, and Masaru Harada will continue as Executive Vice President and CFO of PTWI.

This executive team is now better positioned to be more responsive and agile with clients and the PTWI team. This structure is effective on January 5, 2016.
