Using eSignature Manager assigned signing managers can now select the required signers and the type of signature elements required for each document, including the position on the page and other details such as company name, date, etc. All electronic signatures are time and date stamped with detailed audit logs. The eSignatures workflow also includes automatic triggering of real-time email notifications with embedded links for signers to complete signing documents assigned to them for greater productivity gains and shortening the execution time frame.
