Pollen Season is at its Peak for New Jersey
Toms River, NJ (PRWEB) April 29, 2014 -- It is that time of year again when allergy sufferers face the uncomfortable effects that the change in season brings. During the months of April, May and June, pollen season is at its peak, exposing many New Jersey residents to runny noses, watery eyes, and reaching for endless amounts of Kleenex. As a result of the long, cold and snowy winter, residents should stock up on nasal spray and prepare for an intense allergy season.
Particularly high is grass pollen, at its worst between 5:00 am and 10:00 am. The irritation should begin to decrease in June. In an article on NJ.com, board certified allergist, Dr. Paul Berlin provides tips on steering clear from the allergen. His suggestions include, removing shoes before going indoors, always keeping a change of clothes handy, and storing an air filtration system in the bedroom.
