Polyflow Opens New Manufacturing Plant In the Permian Basin
MIDLAND, TX - (PRWEB) November 12, 2014 -- Polyflow, LLC, the leading manufacturer of spoolable RTP for transporting hydrocarbons, water, and other fluids and gases, today announced the opening of its new manufacturing plant in Midland, Texas – the first reinforced thermoplastic pipe facility in the Permian Basin. The new state-of-the-art integrated design, manufacturing and service facility enables the Company to better serve its customers in West Texas, New Mexico, South Texas, and the entire Mid-Continent region.
At opening, the facility will employ a team of experienced manufacturing, account management, and field service professionals, many from the Midland area with extensive oilfield and pipe manufacturing backgrounds. The facility will dramatically increase Polyflow’s overall manufacturing capacity to further enhance its service and supply to the area and will provide product to service centers across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

The facility will produce Polyflow’s Thermoflex® piping, which is lightweight, easy to install, reliable, and which requires much lower ongoing maintenance costs than steel or other types of pipe. The exclusive polymer systems, that are unique to Polyflow, deliver unsurpassed resistance to hydrocarbons and sour environments. This allows oil and gas exploration and production companies to get wells flowing faster for increased profitability while enhancing safety, reliability and longevity.
