Pondera Solutions Appoints Tim Blevins as Executive Director, Revenue and Labor Solutions
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) June 19, 2015 -- Pondera Solutions, a Google Enterprise partner focused on implementing Google fraud analytics for government agencies nationwide, announced today that it has appointed Tim Blevins as Executive Director, Revenue and Labor Solutions. In this role, Blevins is responsible for enhancing Pondera Solutions’ presence in the tax and revenue vertical as well as the unemployment insurance product space. Recognized as a national subject matter expert in state-level Tax Administration and modernization efforts, Blevins brings more than three decades of experience in Kansas State Government in executive branch agencies to the position.

Blevins has considerable experience supporting Program Integrity initiatives in a number of statewide programs including Medicaid, TANF, SNAP, Child Support Enforcement, and, Tax and Revenue. In addition, Tim has established and supported Program Integrity initiatives around the sharing and management of sensitive federal information including Federal Tax Information and Social Security Information.
Blevins comes to Pondera Solutions from CGI’s Tax and Revenue Service Line where he served as an executive consultant responsible for tax and revenue business development as well as project activities. Prior to CGI, Blevins worked in Kansas State Government for thirty one years in three different executive branch agencies. Blevins was instrumental in establishing the Kansas IT Governance for State Agencies and developed and chaired many key committees during the last twenty years.
During his last few years with the State of Kansas, Blevins had been instrumental in establishing one of the strongest enterprise IT Security Committees in state government with twenty eight Kansas Agencies actively involved and participating. He has pioneered the implementation of WEB Services and SOA in Kansas State Government through the development and implementations of the Streamlined Sales Tax systems, and the FTA/IRS Modernization efforts of Fed/State Corporation and Partnership filings.
Blevins will be a featured speaker at the FTA Technology Conference this August.
