Portable Cargo Anchor Invented by InventHelp Clients (SAH-727)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 24, 2015 -- Do you have a problem keeping materials you transport in your pickup truck from shifting while you're on the road? Fortunately, two inventors from Yuba City, Calif., have found the solution.
They developed a prototype for the patent-pending TIE DOWN BUDDIES to keep items secure so they don’t slide around in the bed of a pickup truck. As such it provides leverage for holding the cargo in place. It, therefore, prevents damage to cargo as well as accidents caused by items falling out of the truck and onto the road. What's more, it is lightweight, portable and easy to install, remove and reposition. It requires no tools to install or remove and is also maintenance free and easy to store when not in use. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventors were inspired by their personal experience.
"When using my pickup truck to move materials," one of them said, "I needed some way to tie down a load in the truck bed that would guarantee the load would not shift."
The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
