Portland Advertising Agency Borders Perrin Norrander Names Award-Winning Director of Account Planning and Strategy
Portland, OR (PRWEB) February 03, 2014 -- Borders Perrin Norrander (BPN), one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading creative agencies, has added a director of account planning and strategy to its Portland-based team. Chasson Gracie arrived at BPN in early January with experience in advertising research for such notable clients as the U.S. Census, Toyota, Nissan, Hewlett Packard, American Express and American Heart Association.
Gracie also will join BPN’s executive board which includes Terry Schneider, CEO; Lori Gaffney, President; Loralee Stapleton, Director of Account Service and Kelly Totten, Director of Finance and Operations.

She said Gracie’s hire is part of the agency’s growth strategy that included recently adding four to BPN’s staff.
Gracie earned his B.A. with honors in history from Brooklyn College. He also earned an M.S. degree from New School University (New York City) in urban policy analysis and management, with a specialization in quantitative methods, where he was mentored by former vice-chair of the Federal Reserve Board, Dr. Alice Rivlin.
He is the winner of multiple awards for research, including two David Ogilvy Awards for Excellence in Advertising Research. Gracie, who was co-strategist and research lead on the 2010 US Census Campaign while at New York agency Draftfcb, won the Gold Award for multicultural research on the campaign, along with the Research Achievement Award. The campaign exceeded all its goals and saved taxpayers more than $1.9 billion.
