Portland Dentist Dr. Sue Wendling Is Participating in Health Fair in Costa Rica

Portland, OR (PRWEB) February 03, 2014 -- Portland cosmetic dentist Dr. Sue Wendling is proud to announce she will be participating in a health fair for local residents in Costa Rica. Dr. Wendling will be establishing a dental program and leaves February 8, 2014.

The Costa Rica dental trip will focus on establishing the needs of the community and disseminating information pertaining to preventive dentistry. Dr. Wendling’s goal is to create an ongoing program for the residents with an emphasis on nutrition, caries prevention, and restorative dentistry.

“I'm really excited about this trip,” said Portland cosmetic dentist Dr. Sue Wendling. “I donate a lot of dentistry here in the local area, but I've wanted to also make a difference abroad. This way, I can design the program myself and place the emphasis on children. Most dental mission trips are all about extracting teeth and I'd like to focus on saving teeth.”
