Power Rogers & Smith Tops Chicago Lawyer Settlements Report for 7th Year in a Row
(PRWEB) October 25, 2016 -- Power Rogers & Smith maintained its position at the top of the Chicago Lawyer Settlements Report for the seventh year in a row, continuing to set the bar of excellence for lawyers throughout the Chicago area. Through their tireless work, the attorneys secured nearly $184 million in settlements between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016, including 52 settlements of at least $500,000.
According to the Report, Power Rogers & Smith obtained more money for its clients than the second-place firm by a margin of $50 million, and obtained more money for its clients than the third-place firm by a margin of more than $95 million. In fact, since 2000, according to the Chicago Lawyer Reports, Power Rogers & Smith has obtained $600 million more for its clients than its next closest competitors. The settlements secured by Power Rogers & Smith attorneys accounted for nearly 17 percent of the $1.1 billion recovered in settlements reported to Jury Verdict Reporter this past year.
