PracticeMojo™ Boosts Control and Flexibility for Dental Practice Marketing with New Features
(PRWEB) June 11, 2014 -- PracticeMojo™ Automated Recall & Marketing recently introduced four enhancements to its dental recall and reminder solution. The improvements add more flexibility for dental practices to execute marketing communications. Practices can segment down to individual patients; thereby, giving practices more targeted control. In addition to practice staff, communication preferences can be engaged by the patient personally. Patients have the ability to indicate the type(s) of communications they want to receive and the delivery method(s).
New Features Available to Practices and Patients
Dental Recall Postcards. Individual patients can be opted in and out of postcard campaigns. For example, a patient can continue to receive appointment reminder postcards but cease special offer and greetings postcards. Patients will only receive postcards that reflect the types of communications they want.
Dental Phone and Email Reminders. Individual patients can indicate the phone number(s) they would like to be used for texts, calls and change phone numbers themselves. Same for emails. Patients can indicate what type of emails they want to receive, such as appointment reminders and surveys only. PracticeMojo will only send those types of emails and no others.
Appointment Reminders. Individual patients can be opted out of appointment reminders after the appointment has already been confirmed. This override feature eliminates the annoyance caused when a patient receives a last minute courtesy reminder after they have already confirmed.
New Feature Available to Practices
From the Scheduled Activity widget, practices can view Tomorrow’s Activity and see what types of communications will be sent to patients and how. With just a couple clicks, scheduled communications can be suppressed on individual patient basis. For example, the email and text scheduled to go to Mrs. Jones can be cancelled since she left a voicemail last night confirming her appointment.
“Practices love automated dental recall and marketing solutions like PracticeMojo because patients don’t fall through the cracks,” explains Tina Strickler, Director of Business Development. “The new features give our customers and their patients more control. Reaching 100% of your patients is what sets practices with PracticeMojo apart.
