Precision IT Group Appoints Anthony L. Butler as CEO
New York, New York (PRWEB) August 24, 2013 -- After successfully leading Precision IT, a top New York IT consulting firm for almost a decade, the founder David D’Arcy, announced that he will be stepping down from his position as President and CEO. Precision IT’s VP of Sales, Anthony L. Butler, will become acting CEO effectively immediately.
“After nearly ten years, I’ve decided it’s time for me to step away from the day-to-day operations,” said David D’Arcy. “We have mutually agreed that this is the right time for a leadership transition. I’m grateful to all of our clients, partners, and employees for the support and commitment they’ve given to Precision. I remain committed to the company and look forward to serving as VP of Finance.”
In April 2004, D’Arcy founded Precision IT to revolutionize the way information technology was delivered to the SMB sector. Under his leadership, Precision has grown to be a top 100 IT company nationwide.
Anthony Butler joined the company in 2012 as VP of Sales and Marketing. “In the short time he’s been at Precision, Anthony has proven the company won’t skip a beat under his leadership,” said Marc Pantoni, Precision’s President. “I am extremely excited about Anthony’s vision and leadership at the helm of Precision.
