Premier Trailer Leasing Acquires Assets of Vallerie Service Company in Baltimore, Maryland
Lewisville, Texas (PRWEB) May 12, 2015 -- Premier Trailer Leasing, a leading provider of trailer rental and leasing assets to the shipping and trucking industry, announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Vallerie Service Company, a leading provider of trailer and container rental and leasing services in Baltimore, Maryland, with nearly 1,200 semi-trailers, and 200 containers.
With the acquisition, Premier Trailer Leasing now has more than 29,000 trailers and 26 locations from coast to coast. “This acquisition is an outstanding fit for our company, allowing Premier to better serve our east coast customers. This is a strategic location that puts us in the important Baltimore / Washington DC markets and fills a void we had between Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Richmond, Virginia. The transaction closed on May 5, 2015.
