Premiere Transportation Group of Albany, NY Adds Another Acquisition to Its Belt
Albany, NY (PRWEB) August 09, 2013 -- Premiere Transportation Group today announced the acquisition of Capital Region Limousine, a local first-class transportation company. Effective August 6, 2013, all reservations will be accommodated by Premiere Transportation Group of Albany, New York.
A congratulatory handshake between Premiere Transportation Group President David Brown and Eric Jukes of Capital Region Limousine solidified the acquisition on Tuesday afternoon, August 6, 2013.

With the acquisition of Capital Region Limousine, Premiere Transportation Group's lead in Albany, NY luxury transportation continues further, increasing its market share in the Capital Region with a new and similar client base. Under the terms of the agreement, Premiere paid an undisclosed sum to acquire the entire business and operations of Capital Region Limousine.
In a letter to clients earlier this week, Jukes referred to Premiere Transportation Group as a “luxury ground transportation icon,” promising they would deliver “the same care and attention to detail” while offering “many more spectacular vehicles and services to choose from.”
Jukes is transitioning out of the business, but other members of the former staff are joining Premiere. Both companies are family owned and share the same business model, offering luxury ground transportation with distinguished service in Albany, NY and throughout the Capital Region.
This is the 2nd acquisition Premiere Transportation Group has completed this year, adding to the numerous acquisitions in the course of its 23-year business operations.
