Presence Technology received the Gold award for Best Technological Contribution

Because of its innovative integration, Sistem Contact Center was able to incorporate visually impaired people in their operations within their collections management and contact center platforms, improving productivity and recovery portfolio by 42%, increasing contactability with customers and decreasing agent turnover.

The "contact center technology without limits" is the result of the integration of Presence agent and Presence Scripting with JAWS screen reader for the blind, which allows people with this disability to work as contact center agents, without the need of additional technological infrastructure investment.
