President of RED PR Wins 'PR News' Award
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 02, 2015 -- Julia Labaton, President and Founder of RED PR, has been named an Honoree on PR News’ first-ever “Top Women in PR” Awards list for 2014.
Executives were nominated by their peers and judged by the staff of PR News, as well as a blue-chip panel of PR leaders. The 70 influential women that made the list are recognized as trendsetters and risk-takers in the industry; women who have managed communications crises, created successful multi-platform content and built name-brand reputations for themselves and their clients. Other honorees are entrepreneurs and senior executives from notable organizations such as Time Warner Cable, Discovery Communications and Weber Shandwick.
RED PR has won numerous industry awards and commendations since its establishment in 2000, such as PRSA Big Apple, SABRE, ABBIE, and Bulldog Reporter awards. Julia is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women, Fashion Group International and on the executive board of PR Boutiques International.
“To be in the company of so many talented women is truly an honor,” Julia says, “and I am flattered for the recognition by my peers. As RED PR celebrates our 15th year in business, this award brings another reason to celebrate.”
An Awards Luncheon will be held on February 27, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt in New York City. For more information, visit http://www.prnewsonline.com/top-women-luncheon2015 or http://www.red-pr.com.
