Developed specifically for the aviation, aerospace and defense industries, AS9100 standards for quality management systems and production ensure the safety and reliability of products used throughout these markets. The AS9100 standard was established by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) for the purpose of achieving significant industry improvements in quality, safety, and customer service, as well as reductions in cost throughout the value stream.
