PrimeRevenue Elects New Member to Board of Directors
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- PrimeRevenue Inc., the leading SaaS platform for global supply chain finance, today announced that R. Charles Shufeldt has been appointed to its Board of Directors. He has served as an Advisor to the Board since 2011.
Mr. Shufeldt, a Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (BBH), serves on the Board of Directors of four BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies. He also serves on the Board of Atlantic Capital Bank. Mr. Shufeldt rejoined BBH following his retirement from SunTrust Bank in 2008, where he was most recently Corporate Executive Vice President and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Line of Business. Over the course of his 23 year career at SunTrust, Charles held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking. Charles has served as Chairman of the District Committee 7 of the NASD and as Chairman of the ABA Securities Association. Mr. Shufeldt started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York in its commercial banking division. Since moving to Atlanta in 1984 he has been actively involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and serves on the Board of the PATH Foundation. Mr. Shufeldt graduated from Washington & Lee University and has a Masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
