Private Client Practitioners Top 25 Private Client Financial Planning Companies 2013 Celebrated at successful Champagne Reception organised by Wendy Marston Events
(PRWEB UK) 31 July 2013 -- Senior executives celebrated the Top 25 Financial Planning Companies, at a champagne reception organised by Wendy Marston Events.
On 1st July 2013, Wendy Marston Events organised a successful champagne reception for Private Client Practitioner’s Top 25 Financial Planning Companies, with attendance from senior executives from the private client industry.
The aim of the initiative is to identify, recognise, introduce and promote the Top 25 Private Client Financial Planning Companies. We survey approximately 100 private financial planning companies and the Top 25 is based on data received on areas such as number of fee earners, number of partners or directors, total number of staff and total fee income. The champagne reception, held at Gallery Different in London, included guests from the leading UK and UK offshore private client firms, such as Grant Thornton, PwC and KPMG. The reception was also attended by members of the PAM Awards Judging Panel and the Top 35 Under 35 and 50 Most Influential Private Client Practitioners winners.
Wendy Marston Events is a specialist event planner, focusing on the organisation of awards programmes and their associated receptions, dinners and meetings, from small roundtable breakfast meetings to gala award dinners. Wendy Marston, founder and director, has been managing the PAM Awards for PAM Insight, the company behind Private Client Practitioner, for over 10 years, and in 2012 took over the organisation of their remaining suite of awards and events.
“The Private Client Practitioners’ Top 25 Initiatives have gone from strength to strength in the last few years and it has been an honour to be involved in their organisation. The attendance of senior private client executives speaks highly of PAM Insight and demonstrates how highly thought of these initiatives are within the industry “ says Wendy Marston, founder and director.
Gallery Different provided an interesting backdrop, with the exhibition "Solo Exhibitions for Two Masters of Abstraction". This exhibition featured largely unseen works from Denis Bowen, one of the most widely respected British abstract painters from the post war period, and paintings, prints and sculpture from Rafael Canogar, one of the country’s best known contemporary painters and printmakers. Photographs were taken by Simon Hargrave. Catering was provided by Mari Taylor and Parmesan shortbreads with sun blushed tomatoes and feta, Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham, Chicken with satay sauce and Chocolate brownies with crème fraiche. The champagne was Louis Roederer Brut NV. Plaques produced by Awarded2U were later handed out to the winners. Ed Hicks, managing director of PAM Insight, the company behind the initiative, welcomed guests with a brief speech and handed out winners’ plaques.
Both the reception and the initiative have received positive feedback.
