Pro Player Insiders Joined Forces with Celebrities and Athletes for All-Star Charity Poker Tournament
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) February 06, 2015 -- NFL Icon Jim McMahon and World Series of Poker Champion Chris Moneymaker hosted the second annual Hearts & Helmets Celebrity Poker Tournament on Saturday, January 31st in Scottsdale, AZ. An array of celebrities and athletes went head to head at the gaming tables to raise public awareness and support for the Every Kid Counts Children’s Charity. Hearts and Helmets was produced by Pro Player Insiders and Dream Dealers.
Three time Super Bowl Champion and former Oakland/LA Raider Henry Lawrence helped launch the event with a live musical performance at the VIP meet and greet reception. Celebrities and athletes from from all sports walked the red carpet including Major Wright (Buccaneers), Ryan Lindley (Cardinals), Frankie Muniz (actor), Tyree Washington (Olympic track & field champion), Shelly Duncan (MLB), Marvin “Young MC” Young (Grammy winner), Leonard and Amanda Davis (NFL Veteran and wife) and Miss Black Arizona USA (2015).
Attendees enjoyed a multitude of diverse activities throughout the day such as raffles, premium cocktails, a gifting lounge, and delicious cuisine. The stylish gifting lounge was comprised of preferred sponsored brands such as Gemstone Organic, Brikk, Toast Vodka, Cold Cock Whiskey, Dr. Miracles, and Luxe Lounge to name a few.
