Ralph Schiavone joins Procura as the global leader of the product development effort at Procura, leading the effort to continually innovate Procura’s software products, Procura, Continulink, Igea and Progresa as the company continues to push to deliver market-leading solutions for its clients providing home and residential health services around the world. He brings 25 years of product development experience to Procura and joins the company from a career that includes escalating positions in product development and leadership at Allscripts, Torex, Infor, SSA Global and CA.
Debbie Cullen joins Procura as the global leader of customer success, and is responsible for providing the best onboarding, support and engagement experience for customers purchasing Procura’s software products, Procura, Continulink, Igea and Progresa. Debbie joins Procura from a 7-year period with the software company CellTrak where she was Vice President of Global Customer Services and Support. Prior to CellTrak, Debbie was with American Express in the travel services group and AMEX’s financial services group, where she held a series of escalating leadership positions in customer relationship management.
