PrognoCIS EHR Successfully Deploys MACRA Certified Product To Its Customer Base
San Jose, CA (PRWEB) October 02, 2017 -- Bizmatics, Inc. is proud to announce that it officially completed MACRA certification, and has deployed the updates across its customer base.
To receive a positive MIPS payment, medical practices must submit 90 days (the deadline to begin is October 2, 2017) of continuous data for three categories: Advancing Care Information (ACI), Quality, and Improvement Activities. With the new upgrades, physicians can collect data on any of the 74 claims-based measures under the Quality category. They can also meet their minimum requirements for ACI with the 15 measures supported in PrognoCIS.
Physicians should visit the QPP website to determine their participation status. Medical practitioners who treat more than 100 Medicare patients, or have over $30,000 in Medicare claims will be required to participate in MIPS. We encourage all medical practitioners who qualify for the QPP and are using PrognoCIS EHR to contact us immediately in order to begin upgrades and training.
“PrognoCIS was designed to meet the needs of the medical practice to capture, retrieve, and process data in today’s fast-paced healthcare environment,” says Vinay Deshpande, CEO of Bizmatics. “Now that PrognoCIS is a MACRA-certified product, our doctors are well-positioned to receive their reimbursements, avoid penalties, and are eligible for positive incentives for 2017 and beyond.”
