Project Runway Star and Top Fashion Designer "Johnathan Kayne" to Visit RaeLynn’s Boutique

Kayne will host an exclusive trunk show to showcase his prom and pageant 2014 collections. Customers can stop by from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a shopping experience with the fashion designer.
“We are thrilled and honored that Johnathan has chosen to host a trunk show at our boutique this prom season,” said RaeLynn’s owner, Alison McDaniel. “His collection has added so much to the exclusivity of dresses on our sales floor.”
A Nashville, Tenn. native, Johnathan Kayne is known to dress multiple country music artists and titleholders. Miss USA 2007 Tara Connor selected Kayne’s design from Project Runway Season 3 to wear as her evening gown for Miss Universe 2007.
RaeLynn’s decided to bring Johnathan Kayne’s collection to Indy this year because of its individuality and uniqueness, according to McDaniel. Kayne has mastered the concept of designing gowns that make a statement and are figure flattering.
“It was amazing to sit at market and watch his fashion show as he explained his thought process behind the design of each dress,” McDaniel said. “He has thought of everything from hidden pockets to reversible sequins that add something special to a dress.”
Johnathan Kayne will help customers find their dream dress on Saturday at RaeLynn’s and will bring some of his exclusive designs with him. Customers are encouraged to follow RaeLynn’s closely on social media for a chance to win a meet and greet with this top designer.
