Project She Presents The Inaugural SheTreat Experience
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) July 28, 2016 -- Do you know this woman? She is a busy mom, wife, corporate professional. entrepreneur, Sunday School teacher, volunteer, caregiver, sister, friend, confidant, etc. Far too often we women prioritize our jobs, families, and activities ahead of our own well-being; however, if we don’t first invest in ourselves, we cannot be of true value to anyone else.
Project She™ is purposed to support and encourage every woman to make herself a priority. Through its major initiative, The SheTreat™, Project She™ has created a women's retreat where she can step away from the everyday grind to enjoy an uplifting, encouraging and positive experience to REFLECT, REFOCUS and RENEW herself towards becoming a better woman, first for herself, and then her family and her community. Mix in a touch of fun, fellowship, and networking...it's an experience not to be missed!
The Inaugural SheTreat experience is taking place this Saturday, July 30th at the Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree. It will be hosted by Tamara Gibbs, formerly of WTVD news and will be featuring several speakers, with the keynote given by the globally renowned corporate executive, certified senior Global HR and Talent Management expert, success coach, and Master of Reinvention, Dr. Shirley Davis who will feature her book, Reinvent Yourself.
The day will take its guests on a journey of enlightement and discovery towards the theme, "A Renewed You". Each speaker will build upon the cornerstones to REFLECT, REFOCUS and RENEW towards becoming a more complete whole person, not necessarily from the outside in, but rather from the inside out.
The founder of Project She, Rhonda C. Hicks, is a wife, mother of two, corporate IT professional, entrepreneur of two businesses, (Amazing Grace Event Management and now Project She) and cancer survivor. This latest passion project began a few months before she was unexpectantly diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma, however, now that she is triumphantly in remission, she has revived the project and is looking to inspire other woman to find their purpose through grace and balance. Next month, she will be featured as one of ten speakers in the roadshow "My 2nd Act: Survivor Stories from the Stage", which was recently picked up by the Vrtuo Interactive Network, whose first show will feature thie show in Raleigh, NC. Rhonda will share her story through cancer but even moreso, will talk about Project She and The ShetTreat as her 2nd Act post remission.
