Project Walk Paralysis Recovery Center Brings ReWalk Exoskeleton to Paralysis Community
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 09, 2014 -- Project Walk Paralysis Recovery Center is teaming up with ReWalk Robotics to bring the first and only FDA-approved exoskeleton to the paralysis community. Project Walk will have the system available starting December 11.

ReWalk, the robotics leader in exoskeleton devices, is the first company to have a personal system approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use at home and in the community. ReWalk’s patent-pending technology is designed to enable the user to initiate walking on their own through a wearable device that provides powered hip and knee motion to stand upright and walk without assistance.
The addition of the ReWalk system to Project Walk’s current program gives those living with a spinal cord injury the chance to receive unparalleled care while experiencing the independence of self-initiated mobility.
