Move the playhead ahead in the timeline to a frame where the subject has moved. Now click and drag the mask points to follow the subject. Repeat this process for the duration of the clip.
In darker settings, natural crepuscular rays reveal the dust and smoke in the environment. For a more composited look, editors can combine ProSmoke 5k & ProPixie 5k with an “add” blend mode. With the FCPX mask effect, users can create a feathered mask to isolate just the areas that require particles.
