PropertyRecord.com Launches Complaint Resolution Initiative
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 26, 2013 -- PropertyRecord.com has started a major initiative to resolve any and all potential customer complaints, the company said yesterday.
“Every so often we have a glitch in our database that leads to a complaint,” a PropertyRecord.com spokesman said. “While this is rare given the thousands of searches performed a day on our site, it is bound to happen once in a while. So having a dedicated complaint resolution center seems appropriate at this time.”
The complaint resolution team will be tasked in finding dynamic and reliable ways to respond to all situations that lead to customers having issues with the PropertyRecord.com service, he said.
“We now know exactly what leads to a customer complaint,” he said. “Until technology becomes perfect, we can't avoid glitches entirely. What we can do is have a system in place that resolves the problem as quickly and fairly as possible.”
PropertyRecord.com will also be proactive and search the web for instances where customers have written about their complaint on a blog or forum but not contacted the company, he said.
“This is a process of making sure each and every complaint is found and dealt with,” he said. “It will be the largest customer service initiative our company has ever launched.”
The complaint resolution team will also monitor complaint numbers and make sure their efforts cause them to decline.
“We'll have complaint metrics that will let us know that our initiative is working,” the PropertyRecord.com spokesman said.
