Proscia and Huron Digital Pathology Host Pre-Conference Workshop on Best-in-Class Strategies for Digital Pathology Adoption

The workshop, entitled “Successfully Deploying a Best-in-Class Strategy for Digital Pathology,” will feature Proscia CEO, David West Jr., and Huron CEO, Patrick Myles, speaking on how vendors will help to shape a lab’s transformation and what it means to truly go digital. The pre-conference workshop will take place at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California on October 1, 2017.
“Pathologists and other decision makers are no longer trying to decide if they should go digital; instead, the question is how and when to do so,” says West. “The goal of this workshop is to highlight the advantages of taking a best-in-class approach to digital pathology adoption and what this means for users and vendors alike in changing the way digital pathology workflows come together. We will touch upon the differences between customer-centric workflows and technology-centric workflows, and what to consider during technology selections.”
This past spring, Proscia and Huron announced they have worked together to provide a seamlessly integrated digital pathology scanner-software solution.
